Prices are effective until April 1, 2019 and supercede all previously published catalogs. All prices are quoted F.O.B. Quincy, WA in U.S. Dollars.
Orders are accepted subject to growing conditions, errors in count and with the understanding that they shall be void if crop loss occurs due to acts of nature or any other cause beyond our control. Central Washington Nursery will not break bundles.
NOTE: Every effort will be made to provide the size ordered, but sometimes substitutions are necessary. Central Washington Nursery may substitute, without notice to the buyer, the closest available size and grade. If substitutions are not acceptable, please tell us when ordering. Also, please tell us if your preference is to have a larger or smaller grade.
Due to high demand of certain varieties, cancellations must be made in writing prior to Dec. 1.
ALL ACCOUNTS ARE DUE 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. A 1.5% monthly service charge is billed on all overdue accounts. This represents an 18% annual interest rate. In the event the account, plus interest, is not paid in full within a reasonable amount of time (6 months) and a collection agency or lawyer is required, the purchaser agrees to pay all costs and collection fees.
NOTE: NO ADDITIONAL ORDERS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED IF CUSTOMER ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL (including incurred interest).
All stock will travel at the purchaser’s risk and expense F.O.B. Quincy, WA. Shipments will be made by UPS, motor freight or pool truck. Please notify us if you have a specific transportation request.
Canadian orders will be billed $50.00 for export documents. Phytosanitary certificates will be billed at $25.00 each. All orders to BC require fumigation and will be billed at our cost. We will also require direct wire transfer for payment of order to ensure quick handling of the currency for banking. Larger amounts require 30-60 days to process if received in Canadian funds. Account information will be sent prior to our shipping of your order.
NOTE: Import permits and border broker information must be received at least four weeks prior to shipping.

C.W.N. is careful to select the best quality seed available. Field inspections, excellent cultural practices and careful grading are done to ensure the healthiest product. If any portion of your order is unsatisfactory, C.W.N. will replace or refund the purchase price. All replacements or refunds require that your account is paid in full.
All claims for damaged stock must be made in writing within 10 days after arrival of stock to C.W.N. If claim is for damage or loss during transit, please file your claim directly with the carrier or call us for more information.
All material sold from consignment will be C.O.D.
Letters of acknowledgment will be sent the first week of October, 2018. You will be notified if there is a problem during the growing season with an order.
